Check your status

If you’ve applied for Free Pro, you can check your status and get your promotion code from the status page.

Where to go

Open the Free Pro status  page in the app. You can also reach it from the Billing page or the Apply page.

What you’ll see

• Pending — Your application is under review. We’ll update the status when it’s decided.
• Approved — You’ve been given a code. The page shows how to use it (e.g. at checkout for Pro or Creator).
• Redeemed — You’ve already used the code.

If you don’t see an application, make sure you’re signed in with the same account you used to apply, and that you’ve submitted the Apply for Free Pro form.

Using your code

When you have a code, go to Account → Billing and start the checkout for Pro or Creator. Enter the code when prompted. The discount or free trial will apply before you pay.
